Return Policy

1. In Store Returns
A) We do accept returns. You can return items that are still in the same physical condition as they were when purchased within 30 days with proof of purchase. (Exceptions may apply. See 3.) If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer you a refund or an exchange.
B) When we receive your returned item, we will fully examine it before issuing a refund or store credit. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase amount plus applicable tax to your original payment method, or store credit will be applied to your account.

2. Shipping Returns
A) To return the item you purchased online with shipping, please email us at with your order #number and shipping address. Tell us why you would like to return your purchased item and we will promptly get back to you. If you are entitled to a return, we will send you a shipping label that you can attach to mail your original packaging. Mail your order back to us at our 3315 Centennial Rd M, Sylvania, OH 43560 location via the packing slip provided.
B) Refunds may include any shipping expenses (as shown on your packaging slip or invoice) and any applicable restocking fees. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item once you have mailed it. We also will not refund your purchase until we receive the item and it passes our inspection (See number 1. A).
3. Exceptions
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include whole pallet sales, bin items, and salvage products. All-of-which are only available for purchase in our store, not through our website.
